Qualifications
Any 1-bedroom household may apply. The gross household income must not exceed the following limits for this program. Applicants need to be at least 18 years old.
Admission and rent for one-bedroom apartments vary depending upon resident’s annual income and total assets. Rent will be approximately 30% of residents adjusted gross monthly income. Rent includes heat, electricity and water charges. All apartments have kitchens equipped with a stove, refrigerator, built in cabinets with sink and adequate cupboard space. Preference for admission will be given to those who are handicapped or disabled, near elderly, elderly or those needing homecare or customized living services provided by New Dimentions Home Healthcare.
