Two housing complexes located within walking distance of MSCTC-Fergus Falls offer these housing opportunities in a social living environment that is fun, safe, and convenient. Both College Manor and Williams Hillside Village are no alcohol and no smoking facilities. Residents of College Manor & Williams Hillside Village must be high school graduates.

Our mission is to provide MSCTC-Fergus Falls students with the opportunity to live in a clean, comfortable, convenient, cost effective, and safe environment where the pursuit of academic success is supported and encouraged. The mission also includes a commitment to serve and help students develop quality, value-based relationships with their peers and families as well as with the Fergus Falls college community.
