Applicants who qualify as “elderly family or person” are eligible, as well as any person or persons 62 years of age or over, or a disabled person as defined by Social Security Act. Any single person may apply as well.

Admission and rent for one-bedroom apartments vary depending upon resident’s annual income and total assets. Rent will be approximately 30% of residents adjusted gross monthly income.

Rent includes heat, electricity and water charges. All apartments have kitchens equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, built in cabinets with sink and adequate cupboard space.

Preference for admission will be given to those who require Assisted Living Services and to Residents of Fergus Falls.
