A community and craft room where residents can visit with neighbors, attend community functions and participate in various social activities. This room also has a kitchen equipped with a range, refrigerator, sink and cabinets to enable occupants or groups to prepare snacks and entertain family and friends.

An active tenants council provides activities such as bingo, movies, monthly potlucks, and special occasion parties. The Assisted Living Program also provides a variety of activities including games,  coffee and birthday parties.

A weekly exercise program is available. A Beauty/Barber Shop for residents is conveniently located in the high-rise building.
