Each apartment has a shower equipped with wall mounted grab bars for safety. Towel bars are also of sufficient strength to serve as grab bars. Air conditioner sleeves are included in each apartment. Tenants provide their own air conditioners. Each apartment has hot water heat controlled by a room thermostat.

Automatic washers and dryers are provided in designated areas, at a minimal cost to tenants. Garbage and trash are disposed of in the trash chute with a “drop” on each floor.

Meals are catered from the Senior Nutrition Program and are served in the Community Room five days a week at noon.  Frozen meals are available for week ends.

Grounds are well lighted for safety of the tenants. Outside features include a gazebo, patio with benches, and scenic walks along the river. Close access to business district. Off street parking is available for tenants. Plug-ins available at minimal charge.
