To apply you should:

1) Complete attached application FULLY and submit to the Fergus Falls/Otter Tail County HRA

2) Come to the Fergus Falls/Otter Tail County HRA office to complete an application and to have your questions answered.

3) Call the office at 218-739-3249 and an application may be mailed to you.
