Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program

Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program is a program designed to help low income families afford market rate rental housing.

The program is administered locally by the Fergus Falls/Otter Tail County Housing and Redevelopment Authority and is referred to as “Section 8” and “Rent Assistance”.
