There are 3 and 4 bedroom family public housing homes located in the cities of Fergus Falls, Underwood, Henning, New York Mills and Pelican Rapids. These homes are rented to eligible households for 30% of their adjusted income. Amenities include garage, washer/dryer hookups, stove, refrigerator. A deck overlooking the beautiful back yard in all units except Fergus Falls.
Applicants must meet tenant eligibility requirements, such as, good landlord references, utility company references and a criminal record check. The gross annual household income must not exceed the following limits:
