Residents of the Timber Place Town homes will enjoy its park like setting, complete with playground, located in Fergus Falls just across the street from the YMCA. The bi-level units feature spacious rooms, with the kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath and dining room on the first floor and the bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. All units have attached garages and walkout patios with privacy fences separating each unit.
Those persons receiving Section 8 Voucher payments are not required to meet the minimum income limits.
A poor rental history, credit history or a criminal court record will be reason for not accepting an applicant.
Timber Place Occupancy Standards:
Family composition of 1-4 people for 2-Bedroom units and 1-6 people for 3-Bedroom units. Families with minor children will be given preference.

Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coin operated washer and dryer, blinds, central air and one-car attached garage.
Square footage of 2-Bedroom units are 1,095 sq ft, 3-Bedroom units are 1,350 sq ft. Timber Place has one 3-Bedroom single-level handicapped accessible with 1,395 sq ft.
Tenant is responsible for natural gas, electric, phone and cable utilities. There may be an initial connection fee and deposit.
Timber Place Eligibility Information
- • Applicant must have good rental history.
- • Applicant must have satisfactory credit record.
- • Applicant cannot have a criminal history against person or property, violence or illegal drug related activity.
- • Absolutely NO pets are allowed.
- • Applicant must sign a one-year lease.
- • One month’s rent as Security Deposit and first months rent required before move in.
Timber Place Application
There is a $20 non-refundable application fee for one adult. If there are two married adults, the fee is $30. If there is more than one adult unless married, the fee is $20 per adult. This application fee will be collected during the first interview after your name has reached the top of the waiting list.
